A morning
for the sisters.

This is a sisters-only community event built around fitness, friendship, and wellbeing. A relaxed, welcoming space to move, laugh, and meet other women in the community.

All skill levels are welcome — including complete beginners. No experience? Perfect. We'll show you the ropes on the court.

Please arrive by 9:45am so we can start on time.

Session begins

10:00am sharp. Session ends at 12:00pm.

What to bring

Modest sportswear, trainers with clean soles, water bottle, hair tie.

Dress code

Comfortable, modest activewear. Long sleeves and leggings recommended.

Questions?

Do I need experience?+

Not at all. This session is beginner-friendly — many attendees will be picking up a racket for the first time.

What should I wear?+

Modest, comfortable sportswear (long sleeves and leggings work well) and clean-soled trainers. Bring a water bottle and hair tie.

Is equipment provided?+

Yes — rackets and balls are provided. Just bring yourself.

Can I bring a friend?+

Absolutely. Every sister is welcome — just make sure she registers separately so we can save her spot.

What if I can no longer attend?+

Please email us as soon as possible. We can transfer your spot to another sister on the waiting list.
